Our support enables settings to create and implement effective and concise policies and procedures to cover all aspects of the welfare requirements and safeguarding.
About Us
Jeni has worked in early years education for 30 years across various settings including pre-schools, day nurseries and schools. She has experience as an advisor, EYITT tutor and is currently Strategic Early Years Lead for a diverse London borough. Working primarily in Early Years environments has given Jeni a clear insight to the challenges faced by the Early Years sector and an indispensable skillset grounded in empathy and realism.
